800KW Diesel Generating Set

   　　 The power of 800KW diesel generating set is 12V180ZJA diesel engine with one tunnel-style alloy casting iron engine block, one CGF crankshaft of 50CrMoA alloy steel, die forged connecting rods of 42CrMo alloy steel, and special aluminum alloy pistons with protruded oval piston central heads.
　　The generating set adopts IFC6 series brushless synchronous alternator made with the license of Siemens Company in Germany, it is characterized by brushless excitation, non-salient pole, H-pole insulation and full damping structure etc. The international popular technologies are adopted, the automatic control screen consists of the control screen (PLZ series) and the system control screen (PLZX series).
　　The diesel engine set can be made into open style or closed style. The intake air filters are equipped on the turbochargers, and the muffler is also equipped on the engine with the noise control effect of less than 108DB (A). The whole rubber damper is adopted under the engine. Special designs can be made for the customer’s detailed requirements of noise insulation, noise reduction, arrangement structure of diesel engines, exhaust chimney and power supply facility to meet the environmental protection standards.
